No More Stripe

Effective immediately, TNR Development Studio and all our partner companies will no longer work with, support, or use Stripe.

Stripe has actively targeted our client base and made operations difficult for hundreds of businesses we support through software, development, and hosting. We cannot condone or partner with companies that operate this way.

What this means for you: We’ll be reaching out to all current clients to transition payment processing to alternative providers. Yes, this requires work on our end—but it’s the right move. We’d rather invest time in switching than continue funding a company with practices we don’t support.

Charity partnerships: We also discovered Stripe financially invests in charities we support. We’ve reached out to validate this information. If confirmed, we will no longer support those organizations either. Our values matter more than convenience.

Communication Changes: WhatsApp Only

Google Chat is gone. All business communication now happens on WhatsApp.

This keeps conversations organized, secure, and in one place. No more scattered messages across platforms.

New Business Hours & Workflow

Our hours: 8 AM–3 PM MST, Monday–Friday.

Outside these hours, we’re not taking calls or texts. Period.

Here’s the new workflow:

• Email: Use our business email for simple communication

• Task submissions: All clients have a dedicated place to submit tasks

• Why: This reduces constant back-and-forth chatter that complicates our workflow and keeps our team focused on delivering quality work
