Monthly hours & plan levels

Your subscription includes a set number of monthly service hours based on what you’re paying for.

How hours are used

Monthly hours can be used for:

  • Website edits and improvements
  • New pages/sections
  • Troubleshooting (non-hosting, non-third-party issues)
  • SEO tasks included in your plan
  • Plugin configuration and site feature setup (when tools are already purchased)

New client ramp-up (first 3–4 weeks)

When you’re new, we know it takes time to get everything rolling. For the first 3–4 weeks, we’ll work with you to:

  • Get your site foundation in place
  • Clarify priorities
  • Establish a workflow for requests

After this ramp-up period, you’ll be considered established, and monthly work will follow your plan’s hours and normal turnaround times.

Updated subscription pricing

We’ll attach or link your current plan pricing and included monthly hours in your onboarding email and/or subscription confirmation.

Turnaround times

Turnaround depends on:

  • The size/complexity of the request
  • Whether required assets are provided (text, images, logins, approvals)
  • Whether third-party tools/licenses are already purchased

Typical expectations

  • Small edits: usually completed quickly once all assets are received
  • Larger changes/new features: scheduled based on scope and your remaining monthly hours

We’ll always confirm scope and timing if a request is larger than expected.

Requirements to begin work (business documentation)

To protect you and keep your website compliant, we may require business documentation before launching or enabling certain features.

Business license and required documents

If you do not have required documentation (example: business license, or other business/industry requirements), we cannot move forward with launching your website or enabling certain functionality until it’s provided.

Consulting (business/processor)

If you need consulting outside normal website work—such as business strategy, payment processor guidance, or operational consulting—we offer dedicated consulting time.

  • Rate: $75/hour
  • Booking: Available through our website (we’ll provide the link during onboarding

Communication & approvals

To keep work moving:

  • Provide requested assets and approvals promptly
  • Keep requests clear and prioritized
  • If a request changes scope, we’ll confirm the updated time estimate
