Over the last few weeks, one client hijacked 99% of my time, energy, and sanity. Not because the work was hard, but because he was rude, degrading, and flat-out abusive. He demanded the impossible, ignored our experience, trashed other clients, and escalated to threats when reality didn’t match his fantasy. Today, we fired him for the final time—and I’d rather lose every client I have than keep even one person in my life who thinks paying an invoice gives them the right to treat me like garbage.
